ILLUMINA HIGH-THROUGHPUT SEQUENCING
We perform high-throughput sequencing of eDNA and eRNA samples on Illumina’s MiSeq and NextSeq2000 platform.
The Illumina sequencing systems allow a wide range of sequencing applications. It is capable of automated paired-end reads and up to 3.6B sequences per flow cell, delivering over 600 bases of sequence data per read.
Among other potential applicationsy is small genome, targeted gene sequencing, metagenomic studies of microbiomes, populations genetics and much more.

Example: Detection of 3 pest species in waterways using real-time PCR (i.e qPCR) on ~200 eDNA samples.
